INCREASE ADSENSE

As publisher or Blogger or Webmaster like me, want to increase our AdSense Revenue if we are become as AdSense publisher. This hope actually hard to realize, because beside many others Blogger or Webmaster competitor that also want this. We all know that the number of blogger or webmaster in this internet not just million but many billion blogger as publisher as well. As the publisher want that our blog or our web become on the first page of search result when anyone browse with certain kind of word or phrase through the internet browser. Because this is the effective way to get traffic from internet browser. As my experience if we create blog on blogspot and we have traffic for about 1000 visitor a month, we will get AdSense revenue average about $ 2 a day. So if we want to get higher AdSense revenue on our blog we need more traffic that is visited our blog.

As the publisher or blog creator, we don’t know what the kind of niche that is most searches or at least many people search with those word or phrase. For this purpose we must have a long experience and trial for this one. For experienced blogger may need some trial with create many blogs with certain of niche, or if you have some advice for this, I will very grateful for your sharing with us through comment box, may be any simple tools that can check word search per day.

The most 10 word search can be seen in Yahoo but this is also not the best way if you follow this word to become your blog niche or blog meta, because you must compete with billion competitor that use that words. You must findout by your self for your Meta tag blog in order have many visitor can reach your blog.

For getting increase AdSense revenue through your blog, you must have the below criteria on your blog:
  1. Your blog should have a high rank, minimum 3 of google rank, and your blog also become on the first or second page on Yahoo Search for certain search word.
  2. Your must create a sitemap for your blog or web.
  3. Every your page must have income link, either internal link or external link. For this one you can create 3 external links easily by using dig, stumble, or other web service.
  4. You must create for every your blog page have high rank, not just your main blog if your blog can easily reach by visitor. If your blog have Google page rank of 5, then every your blog page have Google rank of 2, this one is very effective.
  5. To realizing your dream you must work hard for this one.

If you have blog with a kind of that criterion, please tell me if your blog don’t have high AdSense revenue, then I will revise for my opinion or delete this article.

More visitors

Tricks How to Make More Visitor

Sometime we try to load something from blog, but if need long time to load our blog sometime we change to click back button on our Internet Browser toolbar. The speed at which your blog loads is critical to attracting more readers to your blog. Here are a few tips and tricks that will help your blog load faster and attract more users:

Main Page View
Main page view of your blog better less than 10, I usually used just 3. Your blog's load time can be affected by the number of posts you display on your main page. You can then select the number of posts you want to display on the main page. More visitor to your blog will more make adsense revenue.

Third Party JavaScript and Links
Java Script code can make your blog to long to load, so if this code is not use for any special reason, better install this code on the bottom of your blog. JavaScript and links in your sidebar, put them in at the bottom of the sidebar.

Images and Media
The more images, videos and other multi-media you have on your blog the longer it will take to load but images and other multimedia are important to attracting users to your blog. It is important to optimize the load speed of your images and media. Decrease the size of your images or use thumbnails that link to the full-size image.

  • If you use third party images, consider uploading them to Picasa Web Albums via the Blogger post editor.
  • If you've added any custom CSS to your blog, make sure you put it at the top of the page.

Increase Page Rank Method

I have principle on how to increase your site rank. This method may different with other people because the page rank formula itself is not describing detail about page rank formula. Page rank formula just calculated how many inbound link coming, but not describe from where the inbound link come. They just said about the more inbound link to their site or page, this page or site will get higher calculation on rank. How do we stand for this statement?

I just think that every page on the internet that can be seen online have similar format, either in HTML or in PHP or in other kind of page format to form page or site that can be seen by everyone, are pages. This pages can build a link to your site and can be calculated as inbound link as long as this link is permanent page like on the web-server, on Yahoo, on Google or on many other Server. There is any condition to recognize for this link I think, Google robot can reach this link, or Yahoo or other Server like MSN can also reach to this link, then this link will be recognize and then will be calculated to increase their page rank.

Page Rank actually not important, but visitor is important, but page rank sometimes becomes a determinant for new page published can reach on first page of Google search engine. In yahoo or MSN may have different method to place their visibility on their search engine? So what do you think about link place, on email, on group mailing list, on MySpace, on FaceBook, on MyBlogLog, on BlogCatalog and many other place you can place the link. As long as Robot can reach your link, and the link also use by other people to reach your site, so the visibility of your site will have more on Google, Yahoo or MSN.

money making formula

The only AdSense formula that you need to know is this:
earnings = number of clicks * average price per click
This is what I call the Fundamental AdSense Formula because you can derive almost every AdSense "secret" directly or indirectly from this formula. Do you want to earn more with AdSense? You have two ways of doing it:
Increase the number of clicks, and/or
Increase the average price per click
Your earnings will only go up if you do one or the other, and ideally both. It's an obvious formula, yes, but it's amazing how many people lose sight of it in their quest for increased AdSense earnings.

Increasing the Number of AdSense Clicks
Increasing the number of times the ads on your site or blog are clicked is the most obvious strategy. There are two general strategies you can follow:
Increase the traffic to the site, and/or
Adjust the ads to make them more "clickable"
Getting traffic is hard and takes time, so don't look at it as a quick fix. The best way to get traffic is to provide useful, unique content and to rank highly in search engine rankings for keywords related to that content. In other words, use standard search engine optimization techniques. DO NOT "buy" traffic or use "link farms" or other dubious techniques. Other tips for getting traffic:
Publish articles, even free ones, with links back to your site.
Include a link to your site in the signature at the bottom of your emails or in any forum postings you make (if the forum allows it).
Participate in forums/groups related to the content of your site or blog. The key is to participate, not lurk, and don't just post messages promoting your site.
Add comments (relevant ones only, please) to other blogs, you can usually link back to yours. (This won't help your search engine rankings, but it may allow others who are reading those comments to find your own site.)
Syndicate your content (trivial if you have a blog) and make sure that the content is registered with syndication aggregators.
List your site in relevant directories.
Adjusting the ads is something you can do almost immediately:
Position the ads on the page in order to make them more noticeable. Google even publishes a helpful heat map for AdSense publishers.
Choose the best AdSense ad format that works for your site.
Change the ad colors either to make the ads blend in with your site or to make them stand out. Again, it varies depending on the site.
Whatever you do, DO NOT ENTICE VISITORS TO CLICK THE ADS. Google is very strict about this, see the AdSense program policies for the details.

Increasing the Average AdSense Price Per Click
Increasing the average price per click you receive from AdSense is the other strategy for increasing your overall AdSense earnings. You can do this by:
Carefully targeting your content, and/or
Filtering out and avoiding low-paying ads
Content targeting isn't just about creating relevant, unique content. It's also making sure that that content is written to target the higher-paying keywords associated with a given topic. This means:
Figuring out which keyword variations for that topic pay more. Often the more specialized variations and phrases pay more than the "generic" terms.
Ensuring that the keyword density of the content favors the higher-paying keyword variations. See the Vioxx Lawsuits page for an example of well-targeted ads due to appropriate keyword density.
And to reduce the occurrence of lower-paying ads, consider these two strategies:
Use AdSense's competitive filter mechanism to screen out the ads that you don't want.
Show fewer ads on a page. The fewer ads you show, the more the higher-paying ads get displayed and clicked.
Many publishers also report that their earnings increase if they remove ads completely from pages with few or no clicks. Again, the "less is more" strategy favors the higher-paying ads.

There's No Magic
As you can see, there's no magic involved to increasing your AdSense earnings. The Fundamental AdSense Formula is easy to understand, but that doesn't mean it's easy to apply the formula. It takes time and effort to do it, just like most things.

competator analysis

NTRODUCTION:
No business is an island. For success, the business will need to deal with customers, suppliers, employees, and others. In almost all cases there will also be other organisations offering similar products to similar customers. These other organisations are competitors. And their objective is the same - to grow, make money and succeed. Effectively, the businesses are at war - fighting to gain the same resource and territory : the customer. And like in war, it is necessary to understand the enemy:
– how he thinks;
– what his strengths are;
– what his weaknesses are;
– where he can be attacked;
– where the risk of attack is too great....
and so on. And like in war, the competitor will have secrets that can be the difference between profit and loss, expansion or bankruptcy for the business. Identifying these secrets is thus crucial for business survival.

Competitor analysis ('CA') is the in-depth study of one or more rivals (or potential rivals) to gather information on their structure, strategies, strengths, weaknesses and future directions. This information is then used to make informed decisions about everything from marketing to long term business strategies. Competitor analysis (CA) can be viewed as a highly specialised subset of Competitive Intelligence (CI), as the latter covers a broader spectrum of activity to monitor aspects of competitive environment including general industry, economic and regulatory trends. CA involves extracting and piecing together the inside information your competitors really don't want you to get your hands on. The most effective technique to achieve this is the skilful interviewing of people connected with the company concerned - without alerting them to your motives. It's a highly specialised discipline, and while increasing numbers of very large companies are employing their own in-house competitor analysis professionals, for the vast majority of businesses the most practical option is to use specialist agencies.

WHO IS A COMPETITOR IN BUSINESS?
Business competitors are:
– Other organisations offering the same product or service now.
– Other organisations offering similar products or services now.
– Organisations that could offer the same or similar products or services in the future.
– Organisations that could remove the need for a product or service.

WHY BOTHER TO ANALYSE COMPETITORS?
By knowing our Competitors we may be able to predict their next moves, exploit their weaknesses and undermine their strengths. Some businesses think it is best to get on with their own plans and ignore the competition. Others become obsessed with tracking the actions of competitors (often using underhand or illegal methods). Many businesses are happy simply to track the competition, copying their moves and reacting to changes.

Competitor analysis has several important roles in strategic planning:
• To help management understand their competitive advantages/ disadvantages relative to competitors
• To generate understanding of competitors’ past, present (and most importantly) future strategies
• To provide an informed basis to develop strategies to achieve competitive advantage in the future
• To help forecast the returns that may be made from future investments (e.g. how will competitors respond to a new product or pricing strategy?

QUESTIONS TO ASK:
What questions should be asked when undertaking competitor analysis? The following is a useful list to bear in mind:
• Who are our competitors?
• What threats do they post?
• What is the profile of our competitors?
• What are the objectives of our competitors?
• What strategies are our competitors pursuing and how successful are these strategies?
• What are the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors?
• How are our competitors likely to respond to any changes to the way we do business?

If you had access to information on your main competitors on some or all of the following areas:
• structure, strategy, motivations and objectives
• financial and operating analysis, eg. return on sales, gross profit margin etc.
• marketing strategy, eg. messages and tactics, price flexibility, new services or products, distribution models used, names of key customers
• market perception, eg. why their customers buy from them and their satisfaction levels i. e. what are your competitors' best practices and key strengths?
• future directions

…….... then you would be in a strong position to:
• understand their mission and objectives and develop your own accordingly
• develop realistic sales targets through understanding the scale of their operations and turnover
• implement product/service improvements to counter strengths/ weaknesses and innovations in their product portfolio
• position your prices appropriately
• target your direct sales policies through knowing their distribution channels
• offer competitive discounts and payment terms
• develop an appropriate marketing communications strategy in response to their messages and where they put them across
• strengthen your products/services and marketing strategy by adopting and adapting the best practices observed in your competitors' armoury. Not in a blind 'copy-cat' way, but creatively shaping those practices to your own circumstances

SO WHAT IS INVOLVED?
There are four stages in monitoring competitors - the four "C"s:
1. Collecting the information (with a first stage - deciding what to collect)
2. Converting information into intelligence (CIA -Collate and catalogue it, Integrate it with other pieces of information and Analyse and interpret it)
3. Communicating the intelligence.
4. Countering any adverse competitor actions - i.e. using the intelligence.

One mistake a lot of people make is to start by collecting information without thinking how the information will be used. There is no value in information that will just sit on a shelf. If it cannot be used to inform the business's strategic or tactical decisions then the time, money, and effort spent collecting it is wasted. The business may be planning a new product - so information on what competitors are doing in the same area will help in the decision processes and plans for this new product. Alternatively, the business may be looking at how the industry will develop over the next 5 or 10 years or perhaps the board may be looking at a potential merger, acquisition or business partnership. The information requirements for each of these business decisions will be completely different and so the information that should be sought will also be different. Thus before starting to search for information the competitor analyst needs to sit back and define what they are looking for and why. They need to identify the key areas of concern for the business decision makers requesting the information, and aim to satisfy these. Other information may be interesting, but unless it helps the decision process it should be viewed as superfluous, and stored for use at another time or even ignored if it is unlikely to ever have value. (As an example, it is generally not necessary to know the name of the CEO's spouse to understand how the CEO makes decisions.) Thus, rather than collecting information in a random or haphazard manner, the search needs to be focused and planned, and aimed at answering the various intelligence requirements of the business (often termed key intelligence topics, or KITs).

SOURCES OF INFORMATION FOR COMPETITOR ANALYSIS:
Information will come from a variety of sources, both within the organisation and external to it. Davidson (1997) describes how the sources of competitor information can be neatly grouped into three categories:
• Recorded data: this is easily available in published form either internally or externally. Good examples include competitor annual reports and product brochures;
• Observable data: this has to be actively sought and often assembled from several sources. A good example is competitor pricing;
• Opportunistic data: to get hold of this kind of data requires a lot of planning and organisation. Much of it is “anecdotal”, coming from discussions with suppliers, customers and, perhaps, previous management of competitors.

SWOT ANALYSIS:
SWOT is an abbreviation for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. SWOT analysis is an important tool for auditing the overall strategic position of a business and its environment. Once key strategic issues have been identified, they feed into business objectives, particularly marketing objectives. SWOT analysis can be used in conjunction with other tools for audit and analysis, such as PEST analysis and Porter's Five-Forces analysis. It is also a very popular tool with business and marketing students because it is quick and easy to learn.

Strengths and weaknesses are Internal factors. For example, a strength could be your specialist marketing expertise. A weakness could be the lack of a new product. Opportunities and threats are external factors. For example, an opportunity could be a developing distribution channel such as the Internet, or changing consumer lifestyles that potentially increase demand for a company's products. A threat could be a new competitor in an important existing market or a technological change that makes existing products potentially obsolete.

FROM INFORMATION TO INTELLIGENCE:
Having scanned the press, searched the Internet, spoken to the sales force, customers, suppliers, Uncle Tom Cobbley and all, there should now be a large pile of data on your competitors. However much of this will be repetitious, out of date, wrong or inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete. However like a jigsaw, each piece can help build up the compete picture. And even if some pieces are missing, you can often get a good idea of what the real picture actually is - even if other pieces are damaged and not all remaining pieces fit perfectly. For example, the company report can give an idea of a company's health - which will be enhanced by information from trade suppliers, trade press articles, and credit information agencies such as D&B. Patents give an idea of R&D activity, while the trade press also gives an idea of marketing activity. And of course there are specialist organisations such as AWARE that have the techniques to dig deeper and get information that can lead to an idea of competitor strategy and future trends.

All this information needs to be collated - with any links and commonalities highlighted. The information will need to be indexed and catalogued - so that when new information comes along, it can be quickly linked to similar information that had previously been found. It may be stored in a custom-built or dedicated competitor database accessible via the company Intranet - although it can also be stored in much less sophisticated forms.

Finally, the relevance and importance of each piece of information needs to be interpreted and analysed - on its own and in conjunction with other information, the other pieces in the jigsaw. This is where information starts to become intelligence.

COMMUNICATING THE INTELLIGENCE:
Many companies are overly secretive, protecting information that all their customers and competitors already know. Secrecy is important. It can be extremely dangerous to let a competitor know about the new product being developed. However, letting the sales force attempt to sell products without a full awareness of the products strengths and weaknesses relative to the competition is like sending them out with one arm tied behind their back. They will be unable to answer objections and comparisons convincingly, and thus are less likely to make the sale. And if the competitor product is that much better then shouldn't marketing, or product development be looking at ways of improving one's own product - rather than hiding the damaging news ostrich like?

Competitor intelligence needs to be evaluated and selectively communicated to all who need to make decisions based on what customers, suppliers, or other companies in the market are doing or are likely to do. And in today's world, that usually means everybody. The worker in the factory needs to know why production processes have changed from what was always done if he is to believe in management. The Mushroom theory of management (keep 'em in the dark…) has always had its adherents but has not usually succeeded in the long term.

Adsense Tips and Tricks

Earn Money from Your Website Using Google AdSense & AdWord Program

"Do You Know the Way to Earn Hundreds of $ in Just One Hour or Even Less" "Here we will show you the fastest, Easiest way to get your slice of the Cash-Filled Google AdSense Program" Even While You're Sleeping! The latest online money-making strategy is Google's AdSense and AdWord programs. Each can improve your income, but first you need to know how they work.
One of the latest online money making strategies is to use Google's AdSense and or to use Google's AdWord programs. Each of these programs has the potential to improve your cash flow, however, you need to know how these programs work before you can make a realistic estimate about the kind of money you will be able to earn, and before you can determine which program(s) is/are best for you. AdSense is a marketing affiliate program where you place specially selected Google-generated advertisements on your web page that reflects the information and content of your web page. In return for hosting these ads you are paid based on the number of ad images, click throughs, or purchases made because of your web page. Google's AdSense program automatically matches the best possible advertisements with the content on your Web page, making the ads magically quite relevant to your content.

What makes this more interesting is that advertisers don't pay to have their adverts show up on either Google or separate content sites, but instead pay when the ads are clicked by customers, what we call "pay per click" or PPC. A percentage of the amount that the company pays Google for displaying the ad is then shared with the AdSense-enabled web site owner.

Website owners pay Google to display these ads and are charged a predetermined amount every time their ad gets clicked by a web surfer. With the AdSense program, you will display these same text ads on your site just like Google and get paid for it as well.

All you do is copy and paste some provided HTML code into your pages and Voila! The ads will show up. Every time an ad is clicked on your site, you will receive a certain percentage of what Google receives from the advertiser. Once your account reaches $100, you'll receive a check in the mail.

Google does not disclose exactly how much you'll earn per ad that is clicked. The commission you receive per click depends on how much advertisers are paying Google for the particular ad. You will earn a share of that amount. I've heard of earnings anywhere from 2 cents to $15 per click. The amount you'll earn also depends largely on the amount of targeted traffic you receive to your own site, how well the ads match your audience's interests, the placement of the ads on your pages, and of course the amount you receive per click.

To become an affiliated member of AdSense you first will be required to fill out an application. Once your application is approved you will receive a block of HTML code that you will need to program into your website so that AdSense will be able to run and be able to be tracked on your website.

There isn't a fee to participate in AdSense, however, you do need to invest time in setting up AdSense features and filters. You will also have to pay for the design, hosting, and domain name of your website. In order for you to make money, you will need to attract visitors to your website. To do this you will need to provide your viewers with quality content that appeals to a large audience. One popular way to do this is to provide a blog of current events, issues, opinion, commentary, etc. Another way is to produce original content that people will drool over. Be creative. There is a lot of competition out there, so learn how to produce content that will top the search engine results, and learn how to use keywords to your advantage in order to attract more viewers.

Important Warning: Do not click on your ads!

I think one of the most common mistakes that new AdSense participants make is to click on an advert or three to "make a quick buck". Sounds good in theory, but you'll end up kicked out of the AdSense program if you click on ads shown on your own pages, which is not a good strategy for earning money! Once your AdWords account has been set up and activated, and your billing information has been entered, your ads will then be up and running within a matter of minutes. To maximize your benefits with AdWords, you will need to design advertisements that meet all of the requirements that they set out, as well as create a concise ad that tells your potential customers exactly what you offer. Anyway, it's simple, easy to accomplish, you never have to negotiate (or even talk) with advertisers, you don't have to bill anyone at all, and every month or two you'll get a nice little check from Google corporate.

Starting Right Now, its fast, it's easy and most importantly, and it is a proven-successful strategy for making fast money online. Don't waste hours of time or tons of money using information that may or may not work! So what're you waiting for? Let's get started!
